Hey liebe Wohnungssuchenden in Innsbruck!
ich vermiete für den Monat März mein schönes helles Zimmer im Stadtteil Pradl in Innsbruck. Perfekt für all diejenigen, die zum Ski fahren kommen möchten, ein Praktikum hier machen oder eine Zwischenlösung übergangsweise suchen.
Die Wohnung ist eine 2er WG, sehr hell und bestens gelegen. Sie liegt im obersten Stockwerk.
Die Tramstation Südring liegt direkt vor der Haustür.
Mit dem Fahrrad brauchst du in die Innenstadt 7 min, die Busse in die Skigebiete sind auch sehr schnell erreichbar.
Aus der Küche hast du einen traumhaften Blick auf die Nordkette, aus deinem Schlafzimmer siehst du auf den Patscherkofel.
Die WG hat alles was das Herz begehrt, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, usw.
Das Zimmer ist 15 Quadratmeter groß und hat einen kleine aber feinen Balkon.
Deine Mitbewohnerin ist Annika (23), sie macht in Innsbruck den Master in Strategic Management und Innovation und geht ansonsten gerne Ski fahren oder unternimmt was mit Freunden.
Solltest du nicht für den gesamten Zeitraum einziehen wollen, geht es auch kürzer - Ein und Auszugsdatum sind flexibel und wir können uns da gerne absprechen.:)

Hey!
I'm renting out my beautiful, bright room in the Pradl district of Innsbruck for March. Perfect for all those who want to come for skiing, do an internship here or are looking for a temporary solution.
The flat is a shared flat for 2 people, very bright and ideally located. It is on the top floor.
The Südring tram stop is right on the doorstep.
It takes 7 minutes by bike to get to the city centre and the buses to the ski resorts can also be reached very quickly.
From the kitchen you have a marvellous view of the Nordkette, and from your bedroom you can see the Patscherkofel.
The flat has everything your heart desires, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.
The room is 15 square metres in size and has a small but nice balcony.
Your flatmate is Annika (23), she is doing a Master's degree in Strategic Management and Innovation in Innsbruck and otherwise enjoys skiing or hanging out with friends.
If you don't want to move in for the whole period, it's also possible to move in for a shorter period - move-in and move-out dates are flexible and we can arrange this.:)
