Hallo zusammen, ich suche einen Nachmieter für mein WG Zimmer. Das Zimmer hat ca. 20 qm. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und auch Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine sind vorhanden. Zusätzlich gibt es ein Wohnzimmer, das auch oft als Gästezimmer mit großer Schlafcouch benutzt wird.
Die Wohnung ist im wunderschönen Saggen. Eine sehr ruhige Gegend mit vielen schönen Altbauten. Der Weg zu Tram und Bus beträgt ca. 1 Minute. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 5-10 Minuten in der Innenstadt und in 1 Minute am Inn. Auch der Einstieg zur Nordkette ist nur 2 Fahrradminuten entfernt.
Die Mitbewohner Sind Lotta (22), Annelis (27) und Andre (30). Alle 3 sind sehr aktiv am Berg (Wandern/Klettern/Mountainbiken/Skifahren/Skitouren etc.). Annelis und Andre sind berufstätig und Lotta studiert im Moment.
