Hallo, in unserer netten 4er WG sind 2 Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete für die Monate Juni und Juli frei. Die Wohnung selbst liegt zentral auf der Leopoldstraße (10 Minuten in die Altstadt) und ist insgesamt ca 120 m2 groß. Es gibt eine gemeinsame Küche hofseitig, gut ausgerüstet, ein gemeinsames Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine, Dusche, WC und ein zusätzliches separates WC (wenn das große Badezimmer mal besetzt ist).
Zu den Zimmern: 18m2 und 18m2 groß. Ein Zimmer straßenseitig und das andere hofseitig, beide sehr hell und freundlich. Eines der beiden Zimmer kann ggf auch möbliert vermietet werden (Bett, Tisch, Sessel und Garderobeständer). Die Miete pro Zimmer beträgt in etwa 370€-400€ inklusive BK.
Wenn Interesse besteht, kann auch ein Mietvertrag über die Sommermonate hinaus abgeschlossen werden.

Hi, from June on we will have 2 rooms available in our shared apartment. The apartment is located on Leopoldstrasse (10 minute walk to the old city) and is approx. 120 m2 big. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a washing machine, shower and toilet, as well as an extra toilet.
Both of the rooms are approx. 18 m2 in size, one facing the street and one facing the yard. They both have big windows so they are very bright and sunny. The rent lies around 370€-400€ inlc. shared costs.
The rooms will be available under the existing contract for the months June and July. If you want to stay longer, there will be a possibility to create a new contract beyond that time.
