Dear all,
in our 3-person shared flat, a nice big room with high ceilings will become available in april around easter. Our flatmate Hannah is moving together with her boyfriend in Innsbruck, so we're somewhat flexible with the exact day of moving in.
The room is about 20 square meters in size, has laminate flooring and faces east, so most of the sunshine's coming in in the morning. Also, it's the most quiet room as it's directed away from the street to the inner courtyard.
The flat is located in Wilten near the clinic/graveyard. All necessary grocery stores (Spar, MPreis...) are close by and in reach within a few minutes walk (A small Spar at the clinic is open 7 days a week).
You can reach the city center and the Inn river within 10-15 minutes on foot and just a few minutes by bike.
The train station (Westbahnhof) is also just 10 minutes away, about 15 minutes to reach the central station.
Hannah (28) is m oving out and Ellie (27) and Jonas (29) are staying in the flat.
Jonas is from Germany and since Ellie is from Canada our "flat language" is English. :)
We're both working, Ellie as a product designer for whatever-she's-actually-designing and Jonas (me) is doing his PhD studies in chemistry at the university.
Ellie is super chatty, outgoing and active and as soon as she's fully recovered from her knee injury, she'll be back running up the mointains. Jonas is a bit more laid-back, plays badminton but also enjoys his time in the mountains. Fair to say, both of us enjoy having a relaxed evening as much and take time for ourselves.
It would be nice if you had some experience in sharing a flat and if you were roughly around our age. :)

The room comes with some furniture: a bed, some white cupboards, armchair (see pictures).
(Note: the open shelves will go back to the bathroom)
We can arrange for online meetings as well but would prefer a chat face-to-face. :)
