Das Zimmer hat die perfekte Größe, alles was man braucht passt easy rein, vor allem auch wegen dem quadratischen Schnitt. Da es sehr hell ist, wirkt es auf jeden Fall größer. Du hast einen eigenen Zugang zum Balkon (wie die anderen auch) und den Eingangsbereich/Wohnzimmer direkt vor deiner Zimmer Tür.
Supermarkt, Bahnhof, Fast Food, Post, Bank, Assibar, Trafik... Alles direkt vor der Türe. Und trotzdem ruhig: das Wohnhaus liegt in einem Innenhof, weshalb kein Straßenlärm zu hören ist. Sonne auf dem Balkon im Sommer sehr viel, im Winter mäßig. Macht aber nix, die Aussicht ist es allemal wert, raus zu gehen. Mit drei Couchen auf dem Balkon ne gemütliche Sache!
Wir sind eine eher gechillte WG. Es ist meist sauber, aber von einem Putzplan halten wir nicht viel. Wir haben unterschiedliche Lebensgeschwindigkeiten, aber das macht nix - wir treffen uns einfach dann und wann auf ne Sonnen-Session auf dem Balkon, ner Gitarren-Session im Wohnzimmer oder ner Koch-Session in der Küche. Die Michi (Sportstudentin und Physiotherapeutin) ist eher ne aktive, der Patrick (BWL-Student) entschleunigt das ganze dafür =)
Komm vorbei, schau´s Dir an, den Rest bequatschen wir dann so. Wichtig ist allerdings, dass Du Student bist, da die Mietzinsbeihilfe weiter bezogen werden soll.
