Ich Andy (25) suche neuen Mitbewohner/in für gemütliche 2er WG mit Balkon
Fakten:

- helles Zimmer ca. 19m²

- Balkon Richtung Nordkette mit Nachmittags/Abendsonne

Ansonsten unmöbliert
Die Wohnung liegt in Pradl 2 Gehminuten vom Rapoldipark entfernt. Es gibt in unmittelbarer Nähe einen Spar und Mpreis , ansonsten ist der Sillpark auch nicht weit entfernt. Es liegt direkt die Anbindung an die Tram 2/5 vor der Haustüre und am Leipziger Platz die Anbindung an den Bus C und N1.
Ich studiere Architektur im Bachelor, verbringe daher viel Zeit auf der Uni. Ansonsten bin ich gern draußen unterwegs, oder auch abends mal in Bars oder Clubs anzutreffen. Würde mich über ein paar gemeinsame Aktivitäten freuen wie Kochabende oder bei einem Bierchen oder Aperol am Balkon :)
Ansonsten ist das WG Leben ruhig und deine Alone Time im Zimmer wird natürlich respektiert. Habe nichts dagegen wenn es mal bisschen lauter wird und mal das ein oder andere Bierchen mit Freunden getrunken wird. Grundsätzlich achte ich auf Sauberkeit, aber wenn man mal nicht dazu kommt ist das auch kein Problem für mich.
