Der Hauseingang befindet sich auf der Rückseite des Hauses( Wasserstr.), direkt am Iserlohner Marktplatz. FH ist fußläufig erreichbar. Auch den Bahnhof erreicht man in wenigen Minuten. In der WG gibt es 2 Bäder mit Dusche WC. Eine Einbauküche mit Herd, Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine lädt zum gemeinsamen verweilen ein.
Im Keller befindet ein Waschund Trockenraum. Eine Waschmaschine für alle WG Mieter befindet sich dort auch. Fahrräder können dort auch abgestellt werden.
