Du wohnst mit D., m, 39 und Musiker zusammen, der aber auch gern seine Ruhe hat aber natürlich auch dir alle Freiheiten lässt. Er hat absolut viele und gute musik und kocht auch mal gerne zusammen. Es ist also keine Zweck-G, aber auch keine Party-WG-
Es gibt eine gemütliche Küche, ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer (17qm) von dem aus du über den Balon in den Garten springen kannst, dort gitb es eine Feuerstelle und du kannst immer sommer der Kulturarena lauschen. Gratis. :-)
Das kleine Bad wurde 2015 neu gemacht und hat eine noch nie gesehene, interessante Dusche mit super Wasserdruck.
Fahrradkeller abschließbar, Waschmaschiene auch im Keller.
Pflanzen - es wäre schön wen du sie ab und zu giesst. ? Muss aber nicht sein.
Es bleiben zwei schöne alte Möbelstücke zur Benutzung und ein altes schönes Sofa in der Küche - dafür erhebe ich 100 € Kaution.
