The room is approx 17 square meter (3.85 × 4.4). Has a wide window. The room is unfurnished, but the black cabinet will be left behind. It needs a hanger rod (current rod has some issue).
There is a shared kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and a chiller/freezer.
The apartment is for long term, 6 months minimum.
The previous tenants had bought the fridge and dishwasher for 145 Euro when moving in. I am handing it over at 75 Euro ( removed 2 year depreciation of the cost).
The total cost is 232 cold rent + 138 for utility and electricity. This includes radio bill and internet bill.
Note - Schufa (request now) would help - preferably from https://bonify.de/ - This is free, so dont worry, hardly takes few minutes to setup.
Final offer is made only after visit to the place and meeting the other flatmates.
