Wir, 2 junge Studenten(m20/21) an der TU-KL, suchen eine/n Mitbewohner/in für ein 16 qm² großes Zimmmer in einer 4ZKB Wohnung. Das Zimmer ist ab sofort zu haben, hat einen Laminatboden, ist hell und geräumig. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 110 qm² groß, liegt direkt gegenüber vom Stadtpark, hat eine gute Busanbindung und Aldi+Lidl sind ca 100m entfernt. Die große Küche und allgemein die gemeinschaftlichen Räume (Bsp.Wohnzimmer) sind bereits voll ausgestattet und der Balkon zum ruhigen Innenhof hin bietet immer ein Stück Entspannung. Bist du nett, aufgeschlossen und vor allem suchst nen neues Zimmer^^, dann melde dich einfach mal bei uns.
