Hallo,
Ich bin Studentin bei der FH Kaiserslautern und wohne seit September 2013 in der WG. Da ich fertig bin und ausziehen werde, wird mein Zimmer ab August frei.
Das Zimmer ist etwa 16 m² groß ohne Nische. Durch ein großes Fenster hat man tagsüber ein hellen Raum.
Die Wohnung ist super zentral.
zu Fuss:
1 min zum Penny, Teddi und Bäckerei
2 min zur Bushaltstelle
2 min zur Altstadt
10 min zum Rathaus/Zentrum (Möglichkeit zu allen Busverbindungen)
20 min zum Hbf
Gemeisam werden die Küche und das Bad (beide möbilliert) benutzt.
Die Mitbewohner(1 Mädchen und 2 Jungs) studieren alle an der TU Kaiserslautern und sind sehr nett und offen.
Die Möbel (Doppelbett mit Matratze, Kleiderschrank, Kommode, Schreibtisch, Drehstuh und ein kleines Regal) wurden alle im September neu gekauft und ich würde nach Interesse gerne verkaufen.
