The apartment has a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, and oven. Furniture Included: Bed with mattress, Wardrobe, Study Table, chairs, and side stand.
Fees for existing equipment (furniture + Refrigerator, Washing machine & Microwave ) is at reasonable price of 300 € (200€+100€).
The apartment has its own parking space and cellar.
The Bus stop - Fraunhofer Zentrum is just 2 mins walking distance from the apartment. DFKI, Fraunhofer is just 5 mins walking distance from here. University, Uni-Fit, Uni-sports can be reached at just 10 mins walking distance. For grocery shopping - Netto and Wasgau are just 2-3 mins away by walk.
You will share the apartment with one Indian guy named "Jeevan" who is doing his MSc in Embedded Computing Systems at the University. He is a very friendly and cooperative flatmate.

Deposit money is 750 (can be paid in installments too)
Electricity, Water & Internet: You have to pay these by your own. I usually pay 55-60 euros.
