Da ich aus Karlsruhe wegziehen werde, suche ich eine/n Nachmieter/in für mein 15 qm großes Zimmer.
Das Zimmer würde ich gerne teilmöbliert hinterlassen, d.h. es gibt für den Nachmieter bereits einen Kleiderschrank und 2 weitere Schränke (einmal klein und einmal groß). Die Wände wurden Ende letzten Jahres frisch in weiß gestrichen und der Boden besteht aus dunklem Laminat. Das Zimmer ist toll geschnitten und lässt sich gut einrichten, sodass die 15 m² definitiv ausreichend sind.
Die Warmmiete beträgt 300 € und beinhaltet ALLE Kosten, also auch Internet und Strom.

I'll probably leave my room with some furniture (wardrobe and two cupboards). Walls got painted at the end of last year and the floor is dark laminate.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe der Haltestelle Ebertstraße und Albtalbahnhof und auch vom Hauptbahnhof nur 10-15 Gehminuten entfernt. Trotzdem ist die Lage ruhig und man hat eine sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung mit den Linien S4, S1, 2, 3 und 4.
Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist ein Aldi, der 5-10 Gehminuten entfernt ist.
The flat is close to the stations Ebertstraße and Albtalbahnhof and to the main train station it is a 10 to 15 minutes walk. Nevertheless the location is calm and there are good travel connections to the lines S4, S1, 2, 3 and 4. Closest location to get groceries is Aldi (5 to 10 minute walk).
WIr legen wert auf einen offenen, freundlichen und rücksichtsvollen Umgang und auf Sauberkeit der gemeinsam genutzen Räume. Da die 2 Männer hier berufstätig sind, ist das WG-Leben unter der Woche ruhig.
It is important for us that you are open minded, polite and considerate as well as being ready to keep the common rooms clean. During the week the flat live is calm because the two men are working fulltime.
