Hallo zusammen,Zu vermieten ist ein etwa 12m² großes Zimmer im Dachgeschoss in einer 4er WG.Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert. Im Zimmer befinden sich ein Schreibtisch, ein Schrank, eine Kommode, ein großes Bett und zwei Stühle. Es gibt 2 getrennte WCs mit Waschbecken, und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne. Wir haben eine große Küche mit alle nötigen Geräten incl. Spülmaschine. Eine Waschmaschine steht auch zur Verfügung. Das Zimmer ist nur im Zeitraum zwischen 01.04-31.05.2014 frei. Aber ab 01.06 wird das Nachbarzimmer frei. Dieses Zimmer kostet auch 275 und ist genau so groß. Also man kann einfach weiter wohnen bleiben.
Das Haus liegt im Stadtteil Daxlanden. Die Haltestelle Thomas-Mann-Straße erreicht man in ca. 2-3 min zu Fuß. Von dort aus bist du in ca. 15 min am Europaplatz. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls gut erreichbar (Rewe, Edeka, Burger King ;-))
In der WG wohnen noch 3 Mädels, alle Studentinnen, daher sind alle größtenteils nur abends gemeinsam zu Hause.
Es ist eine sehr schöne WG, mit netten Nachbarn in wunderschöner und ruhiger Umgebung. Es ist immer ruhig und sauber bei uns.
