A full furnished room with good sunlight. You can see mountains from your window. Flat has five rooms. Its a very spacious room with all the required furniture. There are 3- toilets and two shower booths. A person come and pick the garbage and clean the flat , all inclusive in the rent. You can see Turmberg from the flat with beautiful sunset and sunrise :)
Rent includes everything except internet charges that is hardly 7-8 euros per month which you need to pay one of our flatmate who manages it.
Tram goes from infront of the building. Nearest stop is Durlach Schlossplatz in 2-mins walking distance. Nearest supermarket is Netto, Lidl and many cool cafeterias with scenic view in the most beautiful area of Durlach. One cafeteria is attached to the house building only.
In total 5- people lives. Everyone is mature and do not interfere. It is quite peaceful but sure you can do party and chilling in kitchen area in your private room as well. We see eachother not so frequently but when we met we do little conversation and to know hows things going on.
Please message on WG for any additional enquiry you have and than if you are interested we can plan a time and date to visit the accommodation. The landlord is old lady, and she is very cooperative and kind. She expects someone should live for 6+ months if possible. Else you can give her alternative also if you need it for short term.
