Die Wohnung wurde vor einem halben Jahr komplett neu renoviert. 3 Zimmer, Bad und Küche sowie einen kleinen Hof für Fahrräder. Das Zimmer ist schön hell, man kann es sich sehr gemütlich einrichten. Die anderen zwei Mieter sind Informatiker im 1. Semester am KIT. Sie sind sehr nett und ruhig, aber auch unternehmungsfreudig. Die Wohnung liegt im zweiten Stock. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und zwei Minuten von der Wohnung gibt es Einkaufsmöglickeiten wie einen Lidl, Bäckerei, DM, Getränkemarkt usw. Zudem gibt es nebenan auch einen Park. Da ich ausziehe suche ich einen geeigneten Nachmieter.
