Ich suche einen Nachmieter für 1 Zimmer einer gemütlichen 3 er WG.
Die Wohnung liegt neben der Kirche und hat somit einen riesen Garten zur Mitbenutzung und es stört keinen, wenn man mal laut Musik hört. Die beiden Mitmieter sind sehr gesellig. Dabei ist eine Top Einbauküche mit sehr großem Küchenraum. Ideal um auch mal besuch zu bekommen. 4 Herdplatten, Backofen und --> Spülmaschine. Nie mehr selber abwaschen :-)
Waschmaschine im Keller.
300M vorm Haus fährt die S2 sehr regelmäßig ab und fährt direkt in den Stadtkern (Durlacher Tor, Kronenplatz/Uni, Marktplatz, Europaplatz...)
250 Euro Warm inkl Strom
+ einmalig 50 Euro für die Waschmaschine
+ ca 13€ für Internet und Telefon im Monat
Lage: Die Wohnung liegt in Blankenloch. 3 Minuten zur SBahn, wenige Minuten zu allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
