Zimmer:
Das Zimmer ist ca. 12m² groß und liegt auf der Südseite eines schönes Altbaus. Das Fenster liegt also auch Richtung Süden und es kommt viel Licht in das Zimmer. Das Zimmer hat altbautypisch eine hohe Decke und dank Renovierung neue Fenster und einen Parketboden. Da die Gottesauerstraße eine kleinere Straße ist hat man kaum Verkehrslärm und auch von den Baustellen bekommt man nichts mit. Ich würde das Zimmer gerne teil-möbliert übergeben, dass heißt ich würde gerne das Bett und 2 Schränke weitergeben.
Wohnung:
Die Wohnung ist eine richtige Studenten-Wohnung und man findet überall witzige Dekorationen. Sie besteht aus 4 Zimmern, einer Küche und einem Bad mit Toilette. In der Küche habe wir neben der üblichen Ausstattung noch eine Spül- und Waschmaschine. Telefon und Internet haben wir zusammen und sind schon in den Nebenkosten enthalten. Das Haus verfügt noch über einen Innenhof in dem man sein Fahrrad schön sicher verwahren kann.

Room:
The size of the room is approximatly 12m² and it is located at the southside of the building. The window is also directed in the south-direction so that the room is very light. The room has a high ceiling and due to the renovation new windows and a parquett-floor. The Gottesauerstraße is a rather small street with not a lot of traffic noise and one can also not notice any noise due to the current constructions in Karlsruhe. I would like to pass on the bed and the 2 cupboards in the room.
Flat:
The flat is a real student-flat with a lot of funny decorations all over the place. There are 4 rooms, one kitchen and one bath with a toilette. Additionally to the usual kitchen equipement we have a dichwasher and a washing-mashine. Telefon and Internet are shared and are already included in the additional costs. The is also a internal courtyard where you can put your bike safely.
Eine bessere Lage gibt es nicht, die Wohnung liegt in der Oststadt nahe der Uni und hat Alles wünschenswerte in kürzester Reichweite. Die Bibliothek ist vielleicht 500m entfernt, so dass man in 5 min mit dem Rad fast überall auf dem Campus ist. In der gleichen Straße ungefähr 50m entfernt ist die Bar-Kippe und auch Bäcker, Joey's Pizza und ein Döner sind direkt um die Ecke. Auch die Straßenbahn-Haltestelle Durlacher Tor ist nur ca. 300m entfernt.

Location:
The location couldn't be better, the flat is located in the East of Karlsruhe close to the university with everything close by. The library is 500m away so that you reach the whole campus in 5 min with the bike. The Bar „Kippe“ is only a 50m distance in the same street and a backery, a Pizza-service and a Kebab-store are located just around the corner. Also the tram-station „Durlacher Tor“ is only 300m away.
Katrin (26) hat ihr Bioingenieurswesen-Studium abgeschlossen und ist im Moment noch Hiwi an der Uni. Sie spielt gerne Volleyball, macht Yoga und ist für viele sportliche Aktivitäten zu haben. Flo (26) steckt Mitten in seinem Masterstudium in Maschinenbau und ist sehr stark in der Hochschulgruppe studentec aktiv. Er trainiert, klettert und läuft gerne und macht viele kreative Dinge wie Zeichnen und Werkeln. Jan (26) hat ist in den letzten Zügen seines Masters und wird die WG gegen Ende Oktober verlassen. Er spielt gerne Basketball, läuft und klettert sehr gerne.
Die Leute sind sehr gesellschaftlich da alle den Kontakt mit den Anderen suchen. So kommt es schon selten von dass man alleine Essen muss weil sich spontan meistens jemand dazu gesellt. Abends haben wir oft einen Film zusammen geschaut oder die eine oder andere Bier- und Weinflasche geöffnet. Jeder bringt viel frischen Wind in die WG und es gibt viele gemeinsame Aktivitäten. Wir suchen jemand der gut zu uns passt und an einem gemeinsamen Leben interessiert ist.
Bisher war die WG International und wir würden uns auf einen guten Nachfolger freuen um weiterhin andere Kulturen und Sprachen in der WG willkommen heißen zu können.

Life:
Katrin (26) finished her studies in Bioengieering and is currently working at the University. She likes playing Volleyball and enjoys Yoga. Furthermore she is open to other sport activities and is the driving force in common sports events for us. Flo (26) is in the middle of his masters in mechanical engineering and quite involved in the student group studentec. He is climbing, going to the gym and running. Besides that he is doing creative things like drawing. Jan (26) is about to finish is masters in mechanical engineering and is moving out in the end of October. He likes to play Basketball, go for a run and to climb.
We are all very social people and enjoy the contact with our flatmates. Usually there is someone around so mostly you won't need to eat by yourself or can do stuff together if you are in the mood. We often open a bottle of wine in the evening while cooking, just have a few drinks while talking or watching a movie. Everyone takes part in a mutually and rich life with plenty of activities. You should be interested in a common life and enjoy living in a shared flat with other people.
So far our flat was being international and we would wish to find a suitable successor to furthermore welcome other cultures and languages in our flat.
