Möbliertes Zimmer mit Bett, Regalen, Schreibtisch, Rollcontainer, Kleiderschrank, Waschbecken und Badschränkchen, auf der „Sonnenseite“ des Hauses, Dusche und WC auf dem Gang (mit 5 netten Mitbewohnern zu teilen), gut ausgestattete Küche auf der Etage (mit 21 netten Mitbewohnern zu teilen). Es wohnen also 22 Bewohner auf einer Etage, hier konnte man leider nur maximal 17 auswählen.
Das Wohnheim liegt direkt am Schlosspark, 1 Gehminute entfernt ist die nächste Bushaltestelle sowie eine Tankstelle mit Bäcker, man ist in unter 5 Minuten an der Moltkemensa, der PH und der FH und in 10-15 min am Europaplatz und zu Fuß in 15-20 min an dem KIT Campus Süd. Die Mitbewohner sind Studenten. Es wird vor allem innerhalb der Etage oft zusammen gekocht, gefeiert, man geht zusammen Eis essen, in den Schlosspark, an einen See etc.. Im Wohnheim geht auch einiges, man kann sich auf verschiedenste Arten engagieren und es wird auch immer wieder gefeiert, gemeinsam gegrillt und alles mögliche.
