Mit schwerem Herzen werde ich Karlsruhe im April verlassen und suche für mein möbliertes Zimmer in der Leo5 WG eine(n) passende(n) Nachmieter*in. Unsere dreier WG liegt in der Innenstadt-West und besteht aus 3 Zimmern, einer Küche, einem Badezimmer und einem großen Balkon. Das Zimmer ist ungefähr 18 m^2 groß und hat ein großes Fenster mit Blick auf den Innenhof. Das Zimmer wird möbliert weitervermietetet. Die warme Miete beträgt 320 EUR inklusive alle Nebenkosten. Die Kaution ist 500 EUR und es gibt noch eine Abschlagszahlung von 500 EUR für die Küche und Spülmaschine. Für die Möbel fallen keine weiteren Kosten an.
With a heavy heart I will leave Karlsruhe in April and am looking for a suitable tenant for my furnished room in the Leo5 WG. Our three-person WG is located in the Innenstadt-West and consists of 3 rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a large balcony. The room is about 18 m^2 and has a large window overlooking the inner yard. The room is offered with the furniture. The warm rent is 320 EUR including all utilities. The deposit is 500 EUR and there is also a 500 EUR deposit for the kitchen and dishwasher. There are no additional costs for the furniture.
Die Lage in der Innenstadt ist sehr zentral. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl und REWE) sind 5 Min entfernt. Das Karlsruher Schloss ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Alle Restaurants, Bars, Klubs der Innenstadt sind auch in der Nähe. Die Pädagogische Hochschule und die Karlsruher Hochschule sind 15 Min entfernt. Zum KIT dauert es 15 Minuten mit der Bahn. Die Günther-Klotz-Anlage und der Schlossgarten sind auch zu Fuß erreichbar.
The location in the Innenstadt is very central. Shopping facilities (Lidl and REWE) are 5 min away. Karlsruhe castle is within 15 minutes walking distance. All restaurants, bars, clubs of the Innenstadt are also nearby. The pädagogische Hochschule and the Karlsruhe Hochschule are 15 min away. To KIT it takes 15 minutes by train. The Günther-Klotz-Anlage and the Schlossgarten are also within walking distance.
Ich bin Mazen und werde im April für mein Physik Masterstudium ausziehen. Deine künftigen Mitbewohner wären Laura und Jochen. Laura studiert Lehramt im Master an der Pädagogischen Hochschule und macht bis Mai ein Praktikum in Schweden. Jochen arbeitet bei der Stadt Karlsruhe. In seiner Freizeit spielt er gerne Beach-Volleyball in der Günther-Klotz-Anlage. Wir sind kein Zweck-WG und machen gerne gemeinsame Aktivitäten mit unseren tollen Nachbarn (Kochen, Sport, Picknicks, Grillen auf dem Balkon). Ich kenne Laura und Jochen seit fast einem Jahr jetzt und kann mit Sicherheit sagen, dass sie zusammen mit unseren netten Nachbarn das Beste an der WG sind.
I am Mazen and I will be moving out in April for my Master's degree in Physics. Your future roommates would be Laura and Jochen. Laura is studying to become a teacher at pädagogischen Hochschule and is doing an internship in Sweden until May. Jochen works for the city of Karlsruhe. In his free time he likes to play beach volleyball at the Günther-Klotz-Anlage. We are not a purpose WG and enjoy doing activities together with our great neighbors (cooking, sports, picnics, barbecues on the balcony). I've known Laura and Jochen for almost a year now and can safely say that together with our nice neighbors they are the best thing about the WG.
