The apartment is on the 1st floor. It has 4 rooms, 1 full bathroom, and 1 guest bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with 2 fridges and 1 freezer. The hall also works as a small living room with a sofa.
Your room will be the 2nd biggest in the apartment and the only one with Balcony facing north to the Sophienstr.
The room is furnished with a queen size bed with a comfortable mattress, an ample wardrobe, a bedside table, a big desk, an office chair, and two rest chairs on the balcony.
The location of the WG is very central. Around 5min to Yorckstr. (nearest tram station) and 20min to the city center walking. With the tram, you can go to the city center in 10 min and to the Train Station in 20min (walking included).
Regarding supermarkets, there are several around Alnatura within 3min walking, Lidl and Penny 8min and Rewe 12min.
The WG is constituted of other 3 people. Angela, Sebastián, and Fanny. The environment is very relaxed, the apartment is always cleaned (there is a cleaning schedule), and also very quiet, perfect for those who want to rest after a day of work/classes.
Angela has 28y and is an Industrial Engineer. She came from Spain, did 2 Erasmus in Germany, and finally started to work here 2 years ago. Currently, she works in a Medical Equipment company nearby and is always up to have a movie night or a dinner out.
Sebastián has 25y and is a Mechanical Engineer. He is French and works nearby Karlsruhe in an Automotive company. He did a program in Beijing but had to return due to Covid. He loves Chinese cuisine and rock concerts.
Fanny has 25y and is a French Lawyer. She works in an Automotive company (same as Seb) and she really likes to have WG dinners.
I am Joao and I am Mechanical Engineering working here in KA. I will leave on the 20/03 because I found another job far from here :(.
The perfect candidate will love to be in a quiet place. You either like to have a fully WG experience or are slightly more reserved.
