Die Wohnung besitzt 3 Zimmer, somit bleibt ein Zimmer übrig als gemeinsamer Wohnbereich. Leider ist die komplette Wohnung noch so gut wie unmöbiliert. Das Zimmer hat 16 Quadratmeter. Die gesamte Wohnung ist neu renoviert und hat einen Laminatboden. Ein Bad, Küche und Balkon sind vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist ab dem 01.10.15 beziehbar, nach Absprache wäre es wahrscheinlich auch möglich die Wohnung früher zu beziehen.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt in der Innenstadt. Anbindung zu den öffentlichen Vehrkersmittel ist somit sehr gut. Vom Fenster aus kannd man sogar das KIT sehen.
Da ich zum ersten Mal in eine WG ziehe, weiß ich noch nicht genau wie das WG-Leben aussehen wird. Grundsätzlich lässt sich aber sagen dass ich ein geselliger und kompromissbereiter Mensch bin und man mit mir gut auskommen kann. Freue mich natürlich auch über gemeinsame Unternehmungen wie Fernseh schauen oder ein Bier trinken gehen. :)
