Es handelt sich um ein möbliertes, lichtdurchflutetes Zimmer in zentraler Lage. Es gibt einen Schrank, Bett, Schreibtisch, Sessel, Kommode, Sofa, etc. alle in perfekte Zustand.

Since I am leaving the city during the semester break, I would like to sublet my room for these days. Maybe it gives you the opportunity to find a permanent home from there. It is a furnished, light-flooded room in a central location. There is a closet, bed, desk, chair, dresser, sofa, etc. all in perfect condition.
Die WG liegt direkt an der Post-Galerie. Wer ein Zimmer in zentraler Lage sucht, ist hier goldrichtig. Die Kaiserstraße ist nur ein paar Meter entfernt. Alle möglichen Einkaufs- und Ausgehmöglichkeiten, Uni, Sprachakademie und mehrere Bahnhaltestellen liegen quasi vor der Haustür. Der Schlosspark und das Bürgerbüro auch ebenfalls nur 10 Minuten Fußweg enrfernt.
The flat is located directly at the post gallery. If you are looking for a room in a central location, this is the place for you. The Kaiserstraße is only a few meters away. All sorts of shopping and entertainment, university, language academy and several train stops are virtually on the doorstep. The castle park and the Bürgerbüro are also only a 10-minute walk away.
Meiner Mitbewohner sind Mirjam (25), Anna (29) und Marc (25). Alle studieren oder arbeiten und sind sehr nett. Wir sind eine ruhige aber tolle Wohngemeinschaft, meistens trifft man sich abends in der Küche beim Kochen und Quatschen. Daher ist es für uns wichtig, dass die eigenen und Gemeinschaftsräume ordentlich und sauber sind. Wir sind keine Party-WG.
My roommates are Mirjam (25), Anna (29) and Marc (25). Everyone studies or works and is very nice. We are a quiet but great flat share, mostly you meet in the evening in the kitchen while cooking and chatting. Therefore, it is important to us that our own and common areas are neat and clean. We are not a party flat.
In den 250 € Miete sind alle Kosten enthalten. Zusätzlich verlange ich eine Mietkaution in Höhe von 100€, die am Ende der Zwischenmiete zurückgezahlt wird. (Sofern keine Schäden entstanden sind).
Mein Zimmer ist ab dem 22. Februar bis 10. März verfügbar. Falls dir das Zimmer gefällt, melde dich doch einfach bei mir. Schreib mir einfach eine Nachricht, in der du ein bisschen von dir erzählst!
