Helles 16qm Zimmer in zentraler und freundlicher 3er-WG

Die Lage der WG ist wirklich unschlagbar!

Wir wohnen direkt in der Innenstadt, das heißt:
Zum Park und zum Schloss läuft man etwa 2 min, die Straßenbahn fährt direkt vor der Tür, genau wie Cafes und alle möglichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Bars und Clubs sind nah (aber Nachts kaum hörbar), Rewe/ Lidl und Aldi sind innerhalb von 5min zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Zum KIT oder der FH braucht man mit dem Fahrrad 2-5min, denn wir wohnen eigentlich direkt in der Mitte.

Wir haben also alles direkt vor der Nase und wenn es uns zu bunt wird, gehen wir ein bisschen im Park Frischluft schnappen.

The location of our flat really is incredibly good.

We live in the center of the city and that means:
Is only a 2min walk to the Park or the Karlsruher Schloss (Castle). The Tram/Straßenbahn is the very first thing you see, when you step out on the street, as well as shops and cafes. Also a lot of Bars and Clubs are near, but not too noisy.
Also there are a lot of grocery stores near (5min walk tops), like Rewe, Lidl and Aldi.
The KIT and the Fachhochschule are both only a 2-5min bikeride away, because we pretty much live between both places.

In conclusion: We have everything directly in front of us and if that gets annoying and you need fresh air and trees, the park is only a few minutes away.

Wir sind keine Zweck-WG und sind freundliche und aufgeschlossene Mitbewohner.
In der WG wohnen nach meinem Auszug noch Hannah und Benedikt. Beide studieren am KIT, Benedikt studiert Wirtschaftsingenieurswesen und Hannah studiert Chemieingenieurswesen.
Wir kochen gerne gemeinsam und sitzen auch mal abends zusammen und quatschen.
Wir sind außerdem sehr eng befreundet mit unserer Nachbar-WG mit denen wir viel unternehmen und die wir daher gerne auch als Teil unserer WG sehen. Bei uns ist also immer was los, wir helfen einander aus und unternehmen gerne was zusammen.
Im Laufe der gemeinsamen Zeit sind wir eine tolle WG-Gemeinschaft geworden, zu der man immer gerne nachhause kommt.
Daher suchen wir auch für mein Zimmer eine Person, die Lust auf Gesellschaft hat und auf Spaß und auf gemeinsame WG-Abende.
Natürlich hat aber auch jeder seine Ruhe, wenn es erwünscht ist.
Einen Putzplan haben wir natürlich auch, aber es wird auch ein gewisses Maß an Selbstständigkeit unabhängig vom Putzplan erwartet.

Für das freie Zimmer suchen Hannah und Benedikt eine Person, die offen und freundlich ist, mit der zusammen gekocht und geredet werden kann. Übrigens ist jeder Ernährungsstil herzlich willkommen, die WG ist sehr anpassungsfähig und probierfreundlich!

We are not a purpose-built shared flat, so we search for a social, friendly and open-minded roommate.
Yourfuture roommates are Hannah and Benedikt. Both study at the KIT, Benedikt studies Industrial Engineering and Hannah studies Chemical Engineering.
Together we like to cook together or just sit together ans talk over a drink or coffee. We also are very close with the WG next door and we spend a lot of time together, and therefore we like to also think of them as our roommates.
There is always something going on, we are there for each other and spend time together as a WG.
Over the last few years our shared-flat has become a great community and it always feels home-like. Therefore we search for a person, who is keen on cooking together and having a good time, rather than just living next to each other.
If alone-time is needed, that is okay. We respect the privacy of our roommates.
Also we have a cleaning shedule, but also we expect a certain amount of ones own initiative when it comes to cleaning your own mess.

For the spare room Hannah and Benedikt search for an open-minded, friendly roommate, whom one can talk to and who likes cooking or eating together and chatting. By the way: any kind of diet (vegetarian, vegan and others) are very much welcome ! We are a very uncomplicated and flexible bunch of people and open to new kinds of food and inspiration.

Wir haben ein Kellerabteil, in dem Platz für ein paar Fahrräder, oder Anderes ist.

Wir wohnen im 4. Stock, es gibt aber einen Fahrstuhl.

We live on the 4th floor, but there is an elevator.
