Die Wohnung liegt in der Kirchfeldsiedlung Nördlich des Schlosses. Die Wohnung ist ca. 80 qm groß und besteht aus Bad, Küche Wohn-/Esszimmer, sowie 2 Zimmern von denen ich eins anbiete. Das Zimmer ist auf dem Grundriss "Zimmer 2".
Das Zimmer ist 12 qm groß und man hat Zugang zum Balkon. Die Warmmiete für das Zimmer und die Wohnung beträgt 250€.
Die Wohnung ist ab dem 1. August 2011 frei und zu Beziehen. Wir suchen für diese Wohngemeinschaft eine nette, aufgeschlossene und spontane Person.
