Da ich einen Platz im Wohnheim bekommen habe, ziehe ich aus meinem gemütlichen Zimmer, in dem ich mehr als 3 Jahre gewohnt habe, aus und suche einen Nachmieter/eine Nachmieterin.
Das Zimmer befindet sich im 2. OG eines neuen Hauses. Das ist modern, gut ausgestattet und verfügt über alles, was man brauchen könnte, sprich Bett, Schreibtisch, Stuhl - und noch vieles gibt es schon und in der Miete eingeschlossen.
Das Badezimmer wird mit dem anderen Mitbewohner auf dem Stock geteilt.
Die Küche ist ziemlich groß und verfügt über alles(Geschirr, Mikrowelle, Spül-, Waschmaschine, Toaster usw.)
Die Lage ist ideal für KIT Campus Nord Studenten(nur 9 min. mit dem Fahrrad oder 5min mit dem Bus). Aber ich als Student aus dem Campus Süd hatte auch keine Probleme(30 min. mit der S-Bahn)
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Edeka und Lidl sind 3min zu Fuß entfernt.
Die Hausbesitzer(eine akademische Familie) wohnen auch in dem Haus, aber im anderen Stock mit dem separaten Badezimmer.
Das Aufnahmegespräch(per Skype auch möglich) wird von ihnen geführt. Die Entscheidung wird auch von den Hausbesitzern getroffen.
Alle werden berücksichtigt, aber KIT-Mitarbeiter und Studenten sind erwünscht.

Location
The location is perfect for KIT campus north students (only 9 min
by bike and 5 min by bus). But I did not have any problems as a student from Campus South (30 min by S-Bahn)
Supermarkets Edeka and Lidl are 3min on foot.
Room
The room is situated on the last floor of a new house. This is modern, well equipped and has everything you need, ie bed, desk, chair - and much more is already included in the rent.
The bathroom is shared with the another person on the floor
Kitchen:
The kitchen is quite large and has everything (dishes, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster etc.)
Others:
The homeowners(an academic family) also live in the house, but on the other floor with the separate bathroom.
The interview (also possible via Skype) and the final decision will be done by them.
