ich bin Patrick (27) und suche einen neuen Mitbewohner/in für meine 3 Zimmer Wohnung in Karlsruhe Mühlburg.
Ich arbeite unter der Woche immer fest, und 1-2-mal steh ich abends noch an einer Bar und mache mehrmals Sport. Das bedeutet nicht, dass es nicht auch Zeit für gemütliche Abende gibt.
Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, was nicht heißt dass man hier nicht auch laut sein kann. Mit dem Rad bist du in max. 10 min in der Innenstadt und zur Fuß ca. 5 Minuten zum Entenfang, wo so gut wie alle paar Minuten Bahnen fahren. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten jeglicher Art sind alle innerhalb von 5 min zu erreichen.
Die Wohnung ist bis auf das zu vermietende Zimmer voll möbliert,im Wohnzimmer gibt es eine fette Couch und ein großen Fehrnsehr mit Sky-Abo. Nach Absprache kann ein Schreibtisch und ein IKEA-Bett übernommen werden.
Ich suche einen Mitbewohner/in ,der zum Einen sein eigenes Ding macht und zugleich auch gerne mal zusammen feiert oder Zeit verbringt. Das ist KEINE Zweck-WG aber aus Zeitmangel kann es ein das man sich nicht jedentag sieht, was nicht fürs Wochenende zählt.
Also wenn du Bock hast auf ein entspanntes WG-Leben ohne Verpflichtungen, dann melde dich doch einfach kurz bei mir.
