Die Wohnung befindet sich am 4. OG des Gebäudes, mit 4 Zimmer, ein Wohnzimmer, und ein Küche. Das Fenster im Zimmer ist südlich, und im Sommer ist es hell. Das Zimmer (etwa 12qm groß) ist möbliert, mit einem Bett, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, und Schränke.
Wir haben auch ein cooles Wohnzimmer mit TV und einem Couch. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht (leider keine Spülmaschine), und die Waschmaschine ist auch in der Küche.

The apartment is on the 4th floor, with 4 rooms, a living room and a kitchen. The window in the room faces South, making it bright in the summer. The room is furnished, with a cot and bed, a work table and chair, and cupboards for clothes.
We also have a lovely living room with a TV and couch. The Kitchen is fully equipped (unfortunately without a dishwasher), and the washing machine is also in the kitchen.
Die Wohnung liegt am Stadtteil Mühlburg, nur 5 min zu Fuß von S-Bahn/Tram Haltestellen Philippstr./Entenfang. Am Entenfang gibt es fast alles, wie dm, Kaufland, Post-Filiale, Bank, usw. Penny und Nahkauf sind nicht so weit, nur 3-4 min zu Fuß. Es dauert ca. 15-20 min zum KIT mit der Bahn oder mit dem Fahrrad, 10 min zum Europaplatz.

The apartment is in Mühlburg, 5 min by foot to S-Bahn/Tramway stations Philippstr. or Entenfang. At Entenfang you can find almost everything like the local dm, Kaufland, Post office etc. Penny and Nahkauf are close by, about 3-4 min by foot. It takes about 15-20 min to the KIT with the tram or a bike, 10 minutes to Europaplatz.
Momentan sind wir 4 Personen in der WG, ich (Rao), Marc, Divya und Krishna studieren Energietechnik am KIT. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, manchmal kochen wir zusammen, und am abends gerne auch ein Bierchen. Natürlich hat jeder seine Privatsphäre wann man seine Ruhe will.

At the moment we are 4 in the WG. I (Rao), Marc, Divya and Krishna study Energietechnik at the KIT. We aren't any purpose-WG, sometimes we cook together and occassionally a beer in the evenings. Of course, every one has their private space when they want some peace and quiet.
Wir suchen eine/n Zwischenmieter/in für 5 Monate, bis unser Mitbewohner zurückkommt. Meine Mitbewohner sprechen wenig Deutsch, deshalb wäre es gut wenn du Englisch sprechen kannst, aber wichtiger für uns ist deine Freundlichkeit und Sauberkeit!
