Heyhey, da ich dual studiere, bin ich Ende des Jahre bis Ende Februar nächsten Jahres nicht in der Stadt und würde daher gerne untervermieten.
Die Wohnung ist super gelegen, man ist in 10 min am Europaplatz, von wo aus man alles schnell erreichen kann. Vor allem für die FHler perfekt, da das Wohnheim direkt neben der FH liegt.
Ich würde gerne an eine/n Student/in untervermieten, da dies leichter mit dem Studierendenwerk abzuklären ist.
Die WG-Mitbewohner sind sehr nett und da das Wohnheim frisch saniert ist, ist die Wohnugn in einem guten Zustand!
Das Zimmer ist zwar klein aber man kann sich sehr wohl fühlen hier :-)

Die Waschmaschinen befinden sich im Haus gegenüber, man braucht für diese aber eine Unikarte, egal von welcher Karlsruher Uni, im Notfall kann man sich auch eine der Mitbewohner leihen :-)
Im Zimmer habe ich einen WLAN-Router und einen kleinen Fernseher mit Reciver, falls einem mal langweilig wird :-)
