Hi,
zum 1.5. werde ich mein Zimmer in der Durlacher Allee verlassen. Meine Mitbewohnerinnen und ich suchen einen netten und aufgeschlossenen Nachmieter oder Nachmieterin.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Sichtweite zur Uni und hat einen wundervollen sommergrünen Balkon.
Der oder die Nachmieterin solte bestenfalls das Hochbett übernehmen, welches sich in dem Zimmer befindet und für viel Platz sorgt.
