ich ziehe am 1.März für meinen Job nach Karlsruhe. In der Oststadt, in einem ruhigen Hinterhaus habe ich eine 2 Zimmer Wohnung angemietet, Altbau, Dielen, Toilette 1/2 Etage tiefer, dusche in der Küche, kleiner Balkon, Keller.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen, Bio Markt, Biergarten, Car Sharing und die S-Bahnhaltstellen sind in 3 Minuten zu erreichen.
Ich selbst habe die letzten 6 Jahre in Haus WGs gelebt, bin umgänglicher und humorvoller Typ und suche einen interessanten Menschen für diese kleine WG. Ihr könntet im März oder im April einziehen. Eine Zwischenmiete könnte ich mir ab 3 Monaten vorstellen.
