Die vor einem halben Jahr renovierte Altbauwohnung hat zwei Zimmer, eine große, neue Küche mit Wasch- und Spülmaschine. ein kleines Bad mit Tageslicht und einen Balkon. Ein überdachter Fahrradstellplatz im Innenhof ist vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist ca. 62 m², das zu vermietende Zimmer ca. 17 m² groß. Die Miete für das Zimmer beträgt 300 Euro, zuzüglich der Kosten für Strom, Wasser und Telefon/ Internet.
