Hey Leutz,
wir sind eine freundliche und überdurchschnittlich saubere 6er Studenten-Wg, direkt neben der Universität. Sie besteht aus einer Germanistin 2 Semester, 2 Wiwienen, zwei maschbauern älteres Semester. Die Tatsache, dass es eine 6 er wg ist mag erstma abschrecken, aber es ist alles top modern (neubau 2009!). Das Zimmer ist zwar klein aber Wohnung und Haus sind in einem sehr guten Zustand. Im Keller stehen 6 Waschmaschinen und 6(!) Trockner (kostenlos). Zusätzlich haben wir eine SPÜLMASCHINE, 2 Kühlschränke, Gefrierfach, 2 Bäder, 1 Gästetoilette, etc.
Im Preis sind Internet, Nebenkosten, Hausverwaltung, Kabelfernsehen und das ganze Zeug mit inbegriffen.
Wir würden uns auch darüber freuen, wenn du ein geselliger Mensch wärst, das bedeutet, dass du auch mal gerne feierst oder für gemeinsame Unternehmungen offen bist.
Das Zimmer wird allerdings nur möbeliert vermietet und bis höchstes Jahr 30.09.2016. Ich gehe nämlich 1 Jahr ins Ausland.
