mein Name ist Mehmet und ich suche einen Zwischenmieter im Zeitraum 14.12.2015 - 17.01.2016
Das Zimmer ist 12qm² groß und die Deckenhöhe beträgt ca. 3,30m
Da ich für fast einen Monat nicht in Karlsruhe werde,möchte ich mein Zimmer vermieten. Das Zimmer gebe ich komplett möbliert (Schlafsofa,Schrank, Schreibtisch usw.) ab.
Unser Wg liegt direkt am Karl-Wilhelm-Platz.Es ist alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Es befinden sich zwei S-Bahnhaltestellen in der Nähe. Die Uni ist zu Fuß ca. 5 min entfernt und die FH ist in ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Rad zu erreichen,die Innenstadt 15 min.
Ein City-Rewe befindet sich auch gleich ums Eck
Mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche (Kühlschrank, Backofen und Ceranfeld mit 4 Platten, Toaster und noch ein paar anderen sinnvollen Geräte).Wir sind aber keine Party-Wg und haben kein Gemeinschaftswohnzimmer.
