Ich vermiete ab dem 1. August ein schönes sonniges Zimmer in meiner Vier-Zimmer Altbauwohnung in der Oststadt. Direkt an das Zimmer grenzt ein Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne. Es hat Dielen & hohe Decken.
Das Zimmer ist derzeit teilmöbliert, kann aber auch unmöbliert übernommen werden. Die Küche ist klein, aber gemütlich. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet. Im Bad gibt es eine Badewanne und eine Dusche. Eine Wasch- und eine Spülmaschine sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
Ich habe Literaturwissenschaft in Berlin studiert und absolviere gerade ein Zweitstudium (Lehramt) in Frankfurt und pendle jeden Tag. Ich suche eine berufstätige Mitbewohnerin jenseits der 28 mit WG-Erfahrung für ein unkomplizertes Zusammenleben. Wenn ihr Interesse habt, schreibt bitte ein wenig was zu euch.
Der Schlosspark ist direkt nebenan (2 Minuten), gleiches gilt für den Campus Süd, den Technogiepark, das Fraunhofer Institut. Es gibt zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe (10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad) und die nächste Tramhaltestelle ist fußläufig 5 entfernt.
