Hallo wir suchen einen neuen Mitbewohner für unsere WG. Falls Interesse einfach melden...
Das Zimmer ist 17 qm groß und ist teilmöbliert (Bett + Schrank und bei Interesse auch das 2er Sofa). Es hat einen Telefon- und Kabelanschluss, Internet (DSL 6000) ist natürlich auch vorhanden. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen großen Balkon (perfekt um im Sommer zu grillen) und eine große Wohnküche.
Lebensmittelgeschäfte sowie Bäckerei etc. sind in der Nähe und allesamt zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die S-Bahn (S2, 4 oder 5) ist zu Fuß 3 min entfernt.
Die Kaltmiete beträgt 240 Euro und die Nebenkosten 65 Euro. Wobei in den Nebenkosten auch wirklich alle Kosten enthalten sind, also von Telefon/Internet Flatrate, Kabelanschluss, Strom/Wasser.
Noch ein paar Infos zu unseren WG... wir sind beide 29 Jahre alt, ehemalige Studenten (BWL und Mathematik) und mittlerweile berufstätig.
