Cousy and spacious 1 Person room on the last floor which is Furnished. The Kitchen and WC are usable and work for practical purposes, but old & ugly and that is an understatement! I am leaving the room and the country on the 17th of July and I am looking to get it transferred to someone ASAP. It is also possible to get the room only for the summer, but the cost will be a bit higher. Viewing available from today. I am looking for males, because I highly doubt it will be comfortable for a female, but nevertheless if you need a quick solution you are free to check it out. If you aren't big into cooking sophisticated meals, you need a cheap and comforting room at a logistically brilliant spot close to anything this is your room. The 150 for equipment are about the couch, carpet, curtains and other things I had to purchase in order to make the room what it is now but I am open for negotiation.
