Die gesamte Wohnung, einschließlich des Zimmers wurden komplett renoviert. Es ist 16 m^2 groß und wird durch drei große Fenster lichtdurchflutet. Jedes Fenster kann mittels eines Rolladens abgedunkelt werden. Das Zimmer ist nicht möbliert und kann nach eigenen Vorstellungen eingerichtet werden.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Südstadt, nahe der S-Bahn Station Philipp-Reis-Straße (zwei Gehminuten entfernt). Scheck-in, sowie andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind problemlos zu Fuß erreichbar. Aufgrund der Lokalisierung an einer Nebenstraße ist kaum Verkehrslärm zu hören.
Sehr nahe am KIT, Hochschule Karlsruhe problemlos per ÖPNV erreichbar.
Von den drei Zimmer sind aktuell zwei von Studenten bewohnt. Da sich die Wohnung momentan noch im Aufbau befindet (Küche etc.) wird das WG-Leben erst noch so richtig geformt. Dadurch hat der/die neue Mitbewohner/in die Chance die WG mit zu formen. Gemeinsam kochen und natürlich feiern gehen sind absolute Hauptziele!;)
