Hallo,
ich mache nächstes Semester ein Auslandssemester, daher suche ich von September bis ca. März einen Zwischenmieter für mein Zimmer in einer 2er WG.
Das Zimmer ist 18qm groß und möbliert (Bett, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, Regal). Es gibt einen Balkon mit Blick auf den Innenhof.
Die Wohnung besitzt außerdem noch eine Küche (mit Kaffeemaschine) und ein Bad mit WC und Dusche.
Die WG befindet sich im Student@home 3, einem Haus in dem nur Studenten wohnen. Es gibt einen Waschraum, in dem man für 2,50€ seine Wäsche waschen kann und eine Tiefgarage mit eigenem Stellplatz.
Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt am Citypark, in einem Neubaugebiet. Die Gegend ist schön und recht ruhig. Zum KIT sind es ca. 10 min mit dem Fahrrad. Die nächste S-Bahn-Haltestelle ist ca. 5 min zu Fuß entfernt. Bis zum Edeka sind es ca. 5 min mit dem Fahrrad.
Ich bin Michael, 22 Jahre und Physikstudent im Master. Dein baldiger WG-Mitbewohner heißt Eugen, ist 28 Jahre alt und studiert auch Physik im Master.
Die Miete beträgt 410€ warm (inkl. Internet). Falls du Interesse am Zimmer hast, dann schreib mir doch einfach eine Mail :)
