Es geht um ein möbliertes 12,5 qm Zimmer.
Das Zimmer ist zwar klein, nur es gibt ein grosses Wohnzimmer (35qm), ein ok Kuche (10qm) und ein Balkon mit einem schönen Blick (9. Stock).
Im Zimmer gibt ein 1 Bed, ein Schrank und ein Buro. Wenn Ihr mit eigene Möbel kommen, ist auch kein Problem.
Die Fotos werden noch kommen. Und Ja :-( ich bin ein sehr schlecht Fotograph...
Nebenbei gibt:
- Netto, Aldi, Chinese laden (5 min weg)
- Restaurant (griechisch und Deutsch)
- S-Bahn (2, 3 und 4)
- Glotz-Anlage ist 15 min weg (zu Fuss) und ZKM 5 Min weg
Ich wohne da mit meinem Freund. Wir versuchen eine organisierte Wohnung zu halten. Wenn nötig kann ein Putzplan erstellt.
Wegen unsere Arbeit sind kein Party unter die Woche erwunscht.
Zusammen essen ist auch nicht ein Muss, nur ab und zu ist schön.
Wir möchte nur mit berufstätiger Mitbewohner leben.
Mit meinem Freund, wir sind keiner deutschen Muttersprache, aber wir sprechen deutsch fließend, wie franzosich und englisch.
Keller ist naturlich dabei.
Letzte Punkt: es gibt kein Fernseher.
