Zwischenmieter ab April gesucht, da ich auf eine drei monatigen Reise gehe.
ein Zimmer in gut sanierter Altbauwohnung in der Südweststadt m. Das Zimmer hat ca. 19qm. Das Zimmer ist mobiliert. Die Wohnung hat eine Küche sowie Flur, ein Tageslichbad mit Badewanne/Dusche.
Das Haus liegt genau gegenüber von ZKM, 3 Min von der Bahnhaltestelle ZKM entfernt. So ziemlich ist alles nah, was die Südweststadt schön und spannend macht. Die Wohnung liegt ziemlich zentral, mit dem Fahrrad sind es ca. 7 Min zum Europaplatz sowie zum Hauptbahnhof. Ein Supermarkt, Bäcker, Apotheken, Bar/Restaurants und alles, was man in täglichen Leben braucht, sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sparkasse und Krankenhaus sind auch um die Ecke, genau so wie eine Eisdiele, die im Sommer für Erfrischung sorgt. Die Günther-Klotz-Anlage ist ebenfalls ums Eck.
Ich habe aktuell einen Mitbewohner und wir mögen, dass die Wohnung sauber bleibt, dass alle sich zu hause wohl fühlen können. Das ist uns das wichtigste.
