Suche Mitbewohner/in für ein Zimmer (ca. 15 qm) in einer 2-Zimmer Altbauwohnung in der Karlsruher Weststadt, Nähe Gutenbergplatz, hell, große Küche, 2 Balkone, etwas in die Jahre gekommen, trotzdem angenehm). Habe lange als Hochschuldozent gearbeitet, jetzt bin ich selbstständig. Bin unkompliziert und flexibel. Eine richtige WG-Atmosphäre herrscht leider nicht, da ich nur selten (wenige Tage im Monat, wenn überhaupt) in Karlsruhe bin. Dafür hättest du für ca. 320€ praktisch eine Wohnung für dich allein. Alles was Möblierung und weitere Details betrifft, bin ich komplett flexibel. Mietdauer unbefristet/nach Absprache.
5 Min. vom lebendigen Gutenbergplatz und von diversen Straßenbahnhaltestellen entfernt.
Die nächste Autobahnauffahrt ist etwa 2 km entfernt.
