dieses helle, ungefähr 14m² große Altbauzimmer mit zusätzlichem Stauraum im Flur und eigen kleinem Balkon in unserer, leider nicht mehr aktiven, urbanen Galerie (siehe Fotos vom Flur) wartet auf dich! (-:
Die WG ist sehr geräumig, hat eine große Wohnküche mit einem sonnigen Balkon, zwei Bädern mit separater Dusche und Badewanne. Es gibt viele freie Parkplätze und eine gute Verkehrsanbindung. Die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle "Halitplatz" ist zwei Fußminuten entfernt, zur Universität sind es fünf Minuten zu Fuß und im Umkreis gibt es diverse Supermärkte (Rewe, einen türkischen- und russischen Supermarkt, einen Edeka etc.). All das bekommt ihr für läppische ~310 Euro im Monat (inklusive Strom, Gas, WG-Telefon und 6000er DSL-Flatrate), sowie einmalig 480 Euro Kaution
Die WG befindet sich im 4. Stock, klingt anstrengend, ist es aber nicht. Tatsächlich handelt es sich um das schönste Stockwerk, zumal unser Flur sowas wie eine kleine Galerie ist. Mit der NachbarWG besteht dazu ein gewisser Austausch und die anderen Leute im Haus sind auch ganz nett (überwiegend junge Leute, ein paar Familien).
An sich ist hier also immer was los und du kannst eigentlich zu jeder Tageszeit einen Gesprächs- oder Interaktionspartner finden. Aber wenn du mal deine Ruhe brauchst, machst du eben deine Türe zu. Kurzum bietet die WG genug Rückzugsraum ohne sich jedoch durch gemeinsame Aktivitäten aus den Augen zu verlieren.
Aktuell wohnen hier Marie (studiert Psychologie, arbeitet als Postbotin und ist gerade erst zurück vom Jakobsweg), Daniel (arbeitet als Sozialarbeiter, geht gern Tanzen und auf Konzerte) und Leo (studiert Kunstwissenschaft und Geschichte und arbeitet im Sepulkralkulturmuseum).
Wir haben alle so ein bisschen einen unterschiedlichen Tagesablauf, bekommen das mit dem achtsamen Miteinander aber eigentlich super hin. Wie eigentlich in jeder WG gilt es hier einfach zu kommunizieren, wenn du deinen Raum brauchst. Gegenseitiger Respekt und eine offene Kommunikation sowie Offenheit und Toleranz gehören zu den Grundsteinen des miteinander Lebens und sind uns in der WG wichtig.

Die Möbel im Zimmer (Kleiderschrank, Bett Nachtisch, Schreibtisch mit Stuhl sowie das Schränkchen im Flur) können gegen kleines Geld übernommen werden, auch einzeln, müssen aber nicht!

We are searching for a new flatmate!

This beautiful has about 14m² an a small balcony. It is in a nice and roomful shared flat of four people total. The flat is located close to the tram station "Halitplatz" in the Holländische Straße in the 4th floor of an charming old building.
Here are more specs about the flat:
- A big kitchen, equipped with a washing machine and a sunny balcony
- Two bathrooms with separate shower and tub as well as a toilet
- Many parking lots close by (for bicycles in the backyard) and good traffic connection
-Handy flatmates
- 5 minutes by foot to the university
- 2 minutes by foot to the next tram station "Halitplatz"
- Many supermarkets around
- Washing machine equipped bathrooms
- nice and handy neighbors / flats
All that you will get for a bargain of ~310 Euros per month (inkl. Electricity, Gas, flat telephone and 6000er DSL-Flatrate), as well as once 480 Euros caution payment.
Currently there are living Marie (she studies Psychologie), Daniel (he works as a social worker) and Leo (he studies History of Arts) in the flat. The fourth room may be potentially yours in the future! You have many possibilities to create new things together in the flat.
Because we all three came around quite a bit, it was good, if you were not too young. An a little bit alternative lifestyle would be nice - to avoid misunderstandings. Apart from that the flat offers enough space that everyone can do their own things without loosing the others out of sight, by doing activities together!
You can take over the furniture of the room for some money if you want but you don’t have to. The furniture includes a closet, bed, Nachtisch, desk, the chair and the wood furniture of the corridor.
