Das Zimmer ist 18 qm groß, sehr hell durch eine breite Fensterfront und besitzt einen eigenen Balkon in südöstlicher Ausrichtung mit Blick auf ein paar Bäume und den Garten. Die Größe ist so groß, dass dort bequem mehrere Möbel platz haben.
Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage, da sie dicht am Belvedere ist, aber dennoch alles sehr grün und sehr ruhig ist (eigene Auffahrt). Die Forstbaumschule ist innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu erreichen.
Bushaltestellen, sowohl in die Richtung Innenstadt als auch zur Universität, sind innerhalb von 2 Minuten zu erreichen, genauso wie ein Penny.
8 Parkplätze befinden sich direkt vor der Tür für das gesamte Haus, sollte diese aber voll sein findet man in der gesamten Straße schnell einen Anderen.
Da ich mein Studium beende ziehe ich aus dieser tollen Wohnung aus und meine Mitbewohnerin Laura sucht einen neuen WG-Kumpel/Kumpeline. Sie studiert Geographie ebenfalls an der CAU.
Die Wohnung hat eine große helle und moderne Küche und ein modernes Bad inkl. Badewanne. Außerdem besitzt das Haus einen Fahrstuhl, der das Möbeltransportieren enorm erleichtert.
Gerne würde ich mein Zimmer auch schon vor dem 1. Mai abgeben, gerne auch mit ein paar meiner Möbeln. Darüber kann aber gerne nochmal gesprochen werden :)
