Hallo ihr Lieben,
ich suche eine Zwischenmieterin.
Das Zimmer ist mit 16 qm das größte in einer Vierer WG. Wir leben im Erdgeschoss und es gibt einen Hund.
Wohnung ist sehr groß. Wir haben ein Wohnzimmer, eine Küche, ein Badezimmer, ein WC und einen sehr kleinen Balkon.
Der Edeka ist zwei Minuten entfernt Und eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Haustüre.
Das Zimmer geht zu einer ruhigen Straße raus und hat zwei große Fenster.
Ein riesiger Schreibtisch und eingebauter Schrank sowie Regale und Bett sind schon drinnen.
Meine Mitbewohnerin sind alle super nett. Sie studieren Jura, Biologie und Physik. Harry Potter Fans, Leseratten, Kochverrückte. - Berschriebt sie wohl am besten.
360 Euro plus Kaution kostet dass Zimmer. Strom und wlan werden extra bezahlt.

I am looking for an intermediate tenant.
At 16 square meters, the room is the largest in a four-person flat share. The flat is very big. There is a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, a toilet and a very small balcony. We live on the first floor and there is a dog.The Edeka is two minutes away and a bus stop is right outside the front door.
The room faces a quiet street and has two large windows.
A huge desk and built-in closet as well as shelves and bed are already inside.
My roommates are all super nice. They are studying law, biology and physics. Harry Potter fans, bookworms, goodloving cooks. - I guess that's the best way to describe it.. Electricity and wifi are paid extra.
