Da mein Untermieter auszieht, suche ich einen neuen Mitbewohner oder neue Mitbewohnerin. Zimmer kann auch möbliert
genommen werden. Die Befristung ist wahrscheinlich auch für einen Monat verlängerbar.
Das Zimmer liegt zum Innenhof nach Westen und hat einen Dielenboden in gutem Zustand. Maße: 4,30 m * 3,20 m.
Bad ist 7m² groß mit kleiner Abstellkammer und Waschmaschine. Küche auch 7m². Flur 9 m².
Zentrale Lage:
1km von der Uni (Mensa 1) entfernt.
300 m vom Dreiecksplatz entfernt -> Gute Busanbindung zur Uni und zum Bahnhof
Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten
Ich bin 36 und Promotionsstudent im Fach Geophysik. Im Sommer bin ich gelegentlich auf der Förde rudern.
Ich würde mich als stets gutgelaunte Person beschreiben. Für gemeinsame WG-Aktivitäten wie Kochen oder Brettspiele bin ich gerne zu haben! :)
Die Gemeinschaftsräume (Küche, Bad) sind gerne im aufgeräumten und sauberen Zustand.
