Ab dem 15 Juli (Einzug auch ab 01.08.2017 möglich) werden in unserer schönen 6er WG einige Zimmer frei, da wir bereits neue Wohnungen haben und die Wohnung noch bis Ende August angemietet haben.
Die Zimmer sind zwischen 14 und 30 m² groß und haben alle große Fenster Richtung Westen und Osten. Die großen Fenster in Kombination mit dem Laminatboden lassen es hell und freundlich wirken. Neben dem Fenster befinden sich zwei leichte Schrägen, die aber keinen großen Einfluss auf spezielle Einrichtungswünsche haben. Es gibt 2 Badezimmer, jeweils am Ende des Flures und eine gemütliche Küche, mit Couch, Mikrowelle, 2 Kühlschränken und nem Geschirrspüler.
Im Oberen Geschoss (unter dem Dach) liegt das sechste Zimmer und ein kleines Gästezimmer, sowie unser Dachboden.

Moin Moin,
there are a few spare rooms in our nice big flat available from july 15th (or 1st of August) until the 26th of August. The rooms are between 14 and 30 square meters and they have all big windows. Some of them are half furnished, others are empty, just as you wish.
There is a long corridor and on each end is a bathroom. The kitchen is big and comfortable with a couch, a microwave, 2 fridges and a dishwasher.
-Traumlage-
Unter uns befinden sich nur Büros von denen man nicht viel mitbekommt. Am Wochenende haben wir das Haus für uns. Der Weg zu Sky beträgt 1-3 Minuten, zu Aldi sind es 2-4 Minuten Fußweg.
Zur Uni sind es zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten und mit dem Bus oder dem Fahrrad entsprechend schneller. Zur FH oder TF ist es leider etwas weiter, aber immer noch leicht mit der 60S zu erreichen. Mit den zahlreichen Bussen um uns herum ist man dann auch fast überall in kürzester Zeit.

The flat is in a perfect location. There are two supermarkets just in front of the door and three Bus stops just around the corner. The University is about a 10 Minute walk and to the central station takes it 12 minutes by bus. The TF and Fachhochschule is about 30 minutes by bus (60S) or ferry.
The Holtenauer Straße is a 3 minute walk and has lots of Cafés and other small shops.
Die große Wohnung ermöglicht es einem sich auch, wenn man es möchte geschmeidig zurückzuziehen und sich aus dem Weg zu gehen. Für weitere gemeinschaftliche Gestaltung sind euch keine Grenzen gesetzt.

The big kitchen is a meet and greet place and provides enough space for a nice cooking evening, but if you feel like a bit time on your own, it is easy to close your door and you will hardly notice the rest of the people.
Wir gehen sehr locker miteinander um, und Leben mehr nach dem Motto ‘sharing is caring‘.
Wir haben sowohl teilmöbilierte Zimmer, als auch unmöbilierte Zimmer zu vermieten.
