Das Zimmer ist ca. 15 qm² groß, hat hohe Decken und zwei große Fenster nach Westen sorgen für Licht. Der Boden besteht aus Holzdielen.
Zu dem Zimmer kommen eine Küche, eine Abstellkammer, ein Bad und ein Kellerabteil hinzu. Ein großzügiger Balkon rundet die Wohnung ab und lädt zum entspannten "Draußen-Sitzen" mit Blick in den grünen Innenhof ein.
Die Gerhardstraße ist super gelegen,, da es zum einen eine ruhige Fahrrad-Straße ist, zum anderen direkt an der Holtenauer liegt, wo zahlreiche Läden, Restaurants und Cafés zu finden sind.
Zur Förde sind es zu Fuß 15 Minuten, in die Innenstadt benötigt man mit dem Fahrrad 10 Minuten und 5 Minuten bis zum Campus.
Ich verlasse die WG, da ich mit meinem Studium fertig bin. Du teilst dir die WG mit Pia (Medizin-Studentin, 25) und Lynn (Medizin-Studentin, 24). Wir sind eine WG, in der wir bei Gelegenheit gerne zusammensitzen und Kaffee trinken . Sauberkeit und Rücksichtnahme sind uns wichtig, aber genauso Lachen und Spaß haben.
