suche jemanden zur Zwischenmiete von ende Januar bis voraussichtlich Ende März (flexible Absprache möglich) :-)
Das Zimmer ist zum Innenhof ausgerichtet und daher sehr ruhig. etwa 16qm groß und kostet 310€ insgesamt. Fahrstuhl vorhanden und falls du ein Auto hast findest du in unserer Straße eigentlich immer einen Parkplatz
die WG ist direkt am Dreiecksplatz und daher sehr gut angebunden zum öffentlichen Verkehr und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten :-)
Wir leben hier zu 4. und sind auf keinen Fall eine Zweck WG. Jeder von uns ist zwar berufstätig aber trotzdem wird sehr gerne was unternommen und in unserer WG ist immer was los :-) Unser großes Wohnzimmer bietet sich perfekt an, zusammen zu sitzen und das auch mal in größeren Runden. Trotzdem wird natürlich darauf Rücksicht genommen, wenn es ruhig bleiben soll oder jeder einfach mal alleine im Zimmer chillen möchte.
