Moin! Ich bin Raphael und ziehe im Rahmen meines Ersamus für ein Semester nach Italien (31.09-29.02) Für diese Zeit sucht diese herrliche Unterkunft eine*n neuen Liebhaber.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 25 m2 groß und hat direkten Zugang zu dem Balkon mit Sonnenliege. Da es sich um einen Südbalkon handelt, gibt es ab ca. 12 Uhr Sonne satt. Sofern das in Kiel mal der Fall ist!
Die Wohnung liegt in der Moltkestraße im Düsternbrook und somit knappe 5 Minuten Fußweg von der Kiellinie entfernt. Uni, Holtenauer, Innenstadt und Co sind mit dem Fahrrad in 10 Minuten zu erreichen.
Du wirst mit Tom und Nadine zusammenwohnen. Die beiden sind definitiv aushaltbar ;) und immer für ein Bier oder Kochabend zu haben! Tom (22) studiert dual Wirtschaft und ist ansonsten in Parks, Bars oder auf dem Wasser aufzufinden. Nadine (24) ist im Master Ökotrophologie und ist entweder fleißig, wenn der Master es erfordert oder sportlich. Anosnsten gehen allerlei Freunde aus und ein und so darf/soll es bei dir natürlich auch sein.
